Every product or service you purchase from Desire2Learn® Capture comes with starter support, which includes free installation and one-on-one training. For on-going support, we have several membership subscriptions to choose from, which include direct access to our helpdesk for technical software support.
Standard support
Premium support
This annual support package is appropriate for larger, mission-critical deployments and includes 20 support incidents per year with 2 business hour response time, 9am-6pm Eastern Time, 365 days a year. Support subscriptions are generally renewable on a yearly basis, but can also be offered as a 3-year contract upon request.
Free software upgrades
All Desire2Learn® Capture clients receive software updates including major version upgrades at no cost, regardless whether the solution is hosted by us or deployed in-house.Extended 3-year warranty
