Whether you are just starting out or an experienced customer with advanced questions, our expert technical support specialists are here to help, wherever you may be located. Every product or service you purchase from Desire2Learn® Capture comes with starter support, which includes free installation and one-on-one training. For on-going support, we have several membership subscriptions to choose from, which include direct access to our helpdesk for technical software support. 

Standard support 

This annual support package is appropriate for small-to-medium sized deployments and includes 10 support incidents with 2 business day response time, 9am-6pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Support subscriptions are generally renewable on a yearly basis, but can also be offered as a 3-year contract upon request.
 

Premium support 

This annual support package is appropriate for larger, mission-critical deployments and includes 20 support incidents per year with 2 business hour response time, 9am-6pm Eastern Time, 365 days a year. Support subscriptions are generally renewable on a yearly basis, but can also be offered as a 3-year contract upon request.

Free software upgrades

All Desire2Learn® Capture clients receive software updates including major version upgrades at no cost, regardless whether the solution is hosted by us or deployed in-house.

Extended 3-year warranty

In addition to the standard 1-year hardware warranty included with the purchase of every Capture Station 300, we offer an optional extended warranty that covers your Capture Station hardware for 3 years. Together, a Support subscription with an extended hardware warranty gives you complete protection against any technical difficulties, regardless of their nature.
